An Onerous Embrace (Une Étreinte Onéreuse) est une représentation précise de la célèbre sculpture de 1622 de Gian Lorenzo Bernini, L’Enlèvement de Proserpine, qui retrace le rapt de Perséphone par Hadès, le maître des Enfers dans la mythologie grecque.
