Jack Lack est un jeune artiste allemand venu nous rappeler que c’est la jeunesse qui a le plus souffert des mesures anti-Covid.
En matérialisant les carrés de reconnaissance faciale d’Instagram, il met en lumière cette jeunesse qui a été privée de sorties et de tout lien social physique, comme si elle était la cible à abattre. Lorsqu’il ne restera plus que les réseaux sociaux comme alternative à la rencontre réelle, alors l’humanité pourra s’effondrer tranquillement.
Le chat sur le côté est venu se poser là, tout seul, sans prévenir…

Jack Lack is a young German artist who came to remind us that young people suffered the most from anti-Covid measures.
By materialising the facial recognition squares used on Instagram, he highlights this generation that was deprived of outings and real physical social connections, as if it were the target to be eliminated. When social networks become the only alternative to real encounters, humanity will be able to quietly collapse.
