Lièvre ou tortue ? Lièvre et tortue ? Le lièvre EST la tortue vient disrupter le conte de La Fontaine où le plus sûr de l’emporter finit par perdre, et où la persévérance et la modestie l’emportent !
Cette fois-ci, tout le monde y gagne, y compris les amateurs d’art et encore plus les connaisseurs de l’art flamand du XVIe siècle, d’où semble tout droit sorti le paysage dans lequel évolue notre personnage principal !

Hare or tortoise? Hare and tortoise? With the title “The Hare IS the Tortoise”, the artist cleverly disrupts La Fontaine’s famous fable The Tortoise and the Hare. In the original story, the one most certain of winning ends up losing, while perseverance and modesty triumph. Here, Veks merges the two characters into one, creating a fun and surreal twist.
This time, everyone wins — including art lovers and especially connoisseurs of 16th-century Flemish art, from which the landscape surrounding our main character seems to have come straight out!
